Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny in 1950 on the 3rd of February is an American actor. She gained acclaim in the latter part of the 1970s and into the early 1980s when she starred in several TV shows that she often portrayed the image of a glamourous woman. Fairchild's professional career began in 1973, playing Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She starred in 1978 on the primetime soap show Dallas as the first actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama). In 1984, she starred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role on Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts from 1985 until the year 1986. Fairchild played in theater and played appearances on TV programs like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. In fact, she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 because of her character in this program. She serves on the board of SAG-AFTRA.
