Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson (in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson) was born the 24th of April in Fort Worth, Texas. She is an American TV personality and singer-songwriter. The year 2002 was the time she took home the American Idol talent contest. Clarkson was born in Burleson Texas (a town located just outside in Fort Worth), where her talents in singing were first noticed by her 7th grade choir teacher. When she graduated from high school Clarkson made the move into Los Angeles, where she failed to make it into the show business. Returning to Texas in 2002, Clarkson participated in American Idol, a show broadcast by the Fox Broadcasting Co. American Idol. This singing competition let viewers vote on their favorite performer. Viewers were smitten with Clarkson's captivating voice, charisma, as well as her humour. She won one million dollars and she signed a recording contract with RCA.
