Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-English and half-Spanish woman, was born on April 16th, 1997 in Miami Florida. She is half English, one-half Spanish. The parents of her are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker and Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. His father was Argentine with Scottish-English descent. Her mother's ancestral lineage is Spanish and English. The Taylor-Joy family was a household of six children. Four are her siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's dad. The family was originally located in Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria as Taylor-Joy reached the age of six. According to Taylor-Joy, the removal was extremely difficult for her and she refused to learn English with the intention of moving back to Argentina. She had to switch schools between Northlands to Hill House. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London in which she attended ballet classes and participated in drama productions. In her 16th year, she quit college and began pursuing a career as an actress full-time. Taylor-Joy had always wanted to be an actor. At the age of 16, Sarah Doukas Founder of Storm Management gave her the possibility to be a model.
