
Beverly Lumbres Caimen was born on June 20, 1994] and is known by her mononym, Beverly. She is a Filipino singer from Japan under the AvexTrax label. Her numerous soundtrack appearances include "Be the One" from Kamen Rider Build and "Koko" from Pokemon the Movie Secrets of the Jungle. Beverly Caimen was born on June 20, 1994 in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines as the third child to Ramon Vega Caimen and Leticia Valdez Lumbres. She had two brothers and sisters. Beverly began singing at the age of five, when her mother sent her to school and realized she was talented at it. She joined her school's chorus at 7 years old and began singing lessons at the age of 9 when her mother found time. She participated in her first singing contest at this point but was not able to win. Her mother encouraged her to keep trying, as she felt she required more knowledge. Batangas State University awarded her a Bachelor of Science degree. in Psychology. Beverly began singing at amateur contests with the intention of pursuing her dreams. She won the first prize at the World Championships of Performing Arts. She recorded songs for GMA Records with composer Vehnee. Beverly Caimen was her first and last album with GMA. Beverly was nominated for Best Performance by Awit Awards and received the Harvest of Honors award of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. She also received the A Song of Praise Music Festival year-long award for Best Performance.
